HFF Adds New Director in Denver
Prior to joining the company, Peter Merrion served as VP at JLL.

Denver—HFF appointmed Peter Merrion as director at the company’s Denver office. Merrion will focus on office investment sale transactions in Denver and the Rocky Mountain region, teaming up with Senior Managing Director and Co-head of HFF’s Denver’s office, Mark Katz.
Prior to joining HFF’s team, Merrion served as a vice president at JLL since 2013. He is an active member and on the board for DMCAR (Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors) and on the Economic Development Council for DDP. Merrion has a J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law in Chicago and a B.A. degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
“We are delighted to have Peter come aboard and look forward to his contributions to the Denver team in 2017 and beyond,” said Katz in a prepared statement. “Peter is an 11-year veteran in the industry with a deep knowledge base of Denver’s key submarkets.”
