Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management is looking for new tenants for seven Class A office buildings it owns in the Concourse at Wyndham, an office park in the Innsbrook submarket of Henrico County. The company has tapped Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer to provide exclusive leasing services.
Totaling about 386,000 square feet, Westdale’s holdings in the park recently expanded by four buildings acquired in August from Highwoods Properties Inc. Those properties comprise West Shore I and II, built in 1995 by HHHunt, as well as West Shore III and Grove Park I, which were completed by Highwoods in 1997. Located off of Nuckols Road, the buildings offer about 163,000 square feet. Major tenants include Liberty Mutual Life Insurance Company, Nextel Communications, and NTELOS, Inc.
Elsewhere in the Concourse at Wyndham, Westdale owns East Shore I, II and III, developed in 1999 and 2000. Together, the three-story buildings offer about 223,000 square feet of space. Major tenants include Capital One, and Sheltering Arms Hospital.
Besides selling the Concourse at Wyndham properties, Highwoods also sold five office buildings in Vantage Park and two in Technology Park to Lingerfelt Companies. The 11 properties fetched a total of $40.7 million for Highwoods.
The Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer team in charge of finding new tenants for Westdale’s seven office buildings will consist of L. Birck Turnbull and Jason Guillot.
