CP Logistics NVCC Building A2 LLC—a joint venture between California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS) and Panattoni Development Co.—has sold Mary’s Gone Crackers, a Class A manufacturing and distribution center, for $29.5 million.

Part of the 1.4 million-square-foot Phase I of North Valleys Commerce Center, the facility—an organic, gluten-free baking company’s headquarters—was purchased by LBA Realty.

Located at 9460 N. Virginia St. in Reno, Nev., the property is anchored by Microflex, Trademark Global and Exxel Outdoors. The project features an ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting with motion sensors, 83 parking spaces and 21 trailer-parking spaces.

Mike Nevis, Dave Simonsen and Michael Hoeck represented Kidder Mathews’ team which, in a partnership with JLL Capital Markets, represented the seller. Nevis, Simonsen and Hoeck originally sold the land to CP Logistics and assisted them with the design and leasing of the facility. Earlier this year, Kidder Mathews served as a broker for another deal in Reno, Nev., the relocation of e-commerce company Zazzle’s distribution and manufacturing center
