Skanska sold Nowa Fabryczna in Łódź to real estate fund manager Niam. The building is situated next to the the recently completed Łódź Fabryczna train station.

Real estate fund manager Niam has acquired Nowa Fabryczna from Skanska. The 243,000-square-foot office asset in Łódź, Poland changed hands for roughly $64 million.
Nowa Fabryczna is situated in the Śródmieście neighborhood, next to multiple public transportation options, including the recently completed Łódź Fabryczna train station, and about two miles from regional road DK14. Tenants include Fujitsu, Whirlpool, Cybercom and McCormick. The LEED Gold building offers easy access to various restaurants and hotels, including Quale Restaurant, Ambasador Hotel and Hotel Ibis.
