Uline Inc. has acquired Braselton Logistics Center, a Class A distribution facility in Atlanta’s Northeast/Interstate 85 industrial submarket. Ackerman & Co., together with partners The Yates Group and JAC Real Estate Investments, sold the roughly 1 million-square-foot property for $70 million.

Located at 705 Braselton Industrial Boulevard in Braselton, Ga., the facility is the largest industrial facility Ackerman & Co. has developed to date. The logistics center is strategically positioned, providing easy access to the region’s major North-East highway: Interstate 85. Mizuno, Hitachi, Whole Foods Markets, Havertys, Carters and Kichler are a few of the tenants that surround Braselton Logistics Center.

Uline, a distributor of packing and shipping materials, has occupied the distribution facility since the end of 2017 and acquired it as part of a purchase option in its 10-year lease. The company operates its southeast distribution operations from Braselton Logistics Center, a facility that features 40-foot clear heights, Ductilcrete warehouse flooring, a white TPO roof with skylights and LED high-efficiency lighting.
