Yardi Acquires Public Housing Management Software Developer VisualHOMES
This latest acquisition combines the public housing technology expertise of VisualHOMES with Yardi’s browser-based Yardi Voyager PHA solution for subsidized housing.
Santa Barbara, Calif.–Yardi Systems has acquired VisualHOMES, a Silver Spring, Md.-based company that provides software solutions for public housing authorities that manage low-income housing in North America. VisualHOMES has developed more than 20 housing management and financial accounting software modules.
This latest acquisition combines the public housing technology expertise of VisualHOMES with Yardi’s browser-based Yardi Voyager PHA solution for subsidized housing.
