Westin Atlanta Perimeter North underwent a multi-million dollar renovation and is now fully operational again, according to the manager and co-owner of the facility, Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a division of The Marcus Corporation.

Marcus Hotels & Resorts has 19 hospitality assets in 10 states in its ownership/management portfolio. This includes a wide variety of properties including city-center meeting hotels, upscale resorts, branded first-class hotels and other properties. The company provides expertise in management, development and historic renovations.

Located in the Concourse Corporate Center just 15 miles from downtown Atlanta, the Westin Atlanta Perimeter North is a full-service hotel including 372 guestrooms, 20,000 square-feet of meeting space, banquet facilities, restaurant, lounge, fitness center, gift shop, outdoor pool and 338 complimentary parking spaces. It is owned by Carey Watermark Investors, The Arden Group and Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

The renovation included the transformation of all 372 guestrooms and the expansion of its 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space to include two additional boardrooms and a Westin Executive Club Lounge. This provides added benefits and amenities for busy travelers and meeting planners alike. As part of the renewal, a new full-service restaurant, Savor bar & kitchen was also introduced. Overlooking the lake at Concourse Center, the farm-to-table eatery features a broad scale of regionally influenced specialty dishes that utilize fresh products from local vendors and farms. Additional facilities include a fitness studio and a complimentary in-lobby Business Center.
