Transwestern Appoints SVP in Denver
During his 30-year career, Wallis has managed various local and regional property portfolios.
Denver—Transwestern announced that Lee Wallis has joined the firm as managing senior vice president in the firm’s asset services group. In this role, he will coordinate strategic initiatives and implement best practices.
“Lee’s extensive experience will enable Transwestern to drive greater value for our clients and their tenants through our customized service delivery to our client’s key objectives,” said Kevin Roberts, Transwestern’s Southwest president, in prepared remarks.
During his 30-year career, Wallis has held various leadership roles, managing local and regional property portfolios. Most recently, as vice president of operations for the Southwest at Hines, Wallis led a team of over 400 members, managing a 28 million-square-foot property portfolio spanning across Texas, Colorado and Arizona.
Wallis holds the CCIM and CPM designations, as well as a Colorado managing broker real estate license.
