Trammell Crow JV Starts Work on Atlanta Industrial Park
The development will include three buildings.

A partnership between Trammell Crow Co. and a consortium led by CBRE Japan has broken ground on a 686,400-square-foot industrial park in Buford, Ga.
Construction on Buford Creek Business Center is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2026.
The property will include three Class A industrial buildings available for sale or lease. Building 100 is a 349,440-square-foot cross-dock warehouse with a 40-foot clear height. Buildings 200 and 300 are rear-load buildings that each contain 168,400 square feet with 36-foot clear heights.

Building 100 has 64 trailer parking spaces, with Building 200 containing 40 spots and Building 300 including 24.
CBRE handles marketing and leasing for the property, while Atlas Collaborative serves as architect and The Conlan Co. as general contractor.
The site is located at the corner of Lanier Islands Parkway and Big Creek Road, about 3 miles from Interstate 985 and about 42 miles from downtown Atlanta. Atlanta International Airport is within 55 miles from the property.
Atlanta industrial market remains strong
Industrial development in the Atlanta metro area doubled year-over-year as of April, according to Yardi Research Data. At that time, Atlanta had almost 9.5 million square feet of industrial space under construction across 33 properties.
The area also saw the third-highest average sale price in the nation with $143.38 per square foot. As of April, Atlanta’s industrial sales volume totaled $204 million year-to-date, with almost 2 million square feet of industrial space sold across 17 properties.
In August, Holder Properties obtained $44 million in construction financing for Dogwood Logistics Center, a 388,960-square-foot industrial development in Conyers, Ga. That project will consist of two buildings, with construction expected to be completed by the summer of 2026.
