Trammell Crow Appoints New VP

Katherine Lynch has joined the Atlanta business unit and will lead the office’s investment and development activity in the region.

Katherine Lynch has joined Trammell Crow Co.’s Atlanta business unit as vice president. Lynch will be responsible for all aspects of the firm’s development and investment activity in the region, with a focus on office and mixed-use development opportunities.

Lynch will also oversee the design, capitalization, marketing and leasing and overall asset management functions for the company’s local projects.

“Katherine brings 13 years of commercial real estate experience as well as a tremendous amount of portfolio management and marketing knowledge to our team,” said Mark Dishaw, principal and business unit leader of TCC’s Atlanta business unit, in prepared remarks. “She is a valuable addition to our team as we move some of our projects further into production in 2019.”

Lynch joined the firm from CBRE Atlanta, where she was first vice president specializing in marketing and leasing office assets for institutional owners. She earned a CBRE William H. McAdam Award for being the top performing first-year producer nationwide.

During her decade at CBRE, Lynch completed more than 475 transactions that totaled more than 5 million square feet, representing $875 million in total lease volume. Her notable transactions include IHG, State Farm, Regions Bank, GE and WeWork.

Lynch is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Atlanta Chapter, and a Certified Commercial Investment Manager candidate. She holds a master’s degree in finance from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from University of Georgia.
