Peabody Webster Holdings sold the 70,000-square-foot Williamsburg site to an entity affiliated with J&R Acquisitions. The lot currently holds a 24,605-square-foot warehouse that was occupied by M. Fine Lumber for 85 years. Triangle Services took over the company’s lease in 2017, according to the Commercial Observer. Completed in 1920, the one-story property has 26-foot heights.

Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors sold the 69,000-square-foot self storage warehouse to an affiliate of Life Storage. The buyer secured a $14.4 million acquisition loan, which carries a 5.5 percent interest rate and is scheduled to mature in June 2031. Kayne Anderson bought the Brownsville property for $20.8 million in 2019. According to Life Storage’s website, the facility features 24/7 surveillance and climate-controlled units.

Julius Louis Co. LLC sold the 12,500-square-foot Hell’s Kitchen asset to an entity affiliated with National Refrigerants Inc. The three-story property last changed hands in 2002. Featuring two commercial units, the facility includes 1,171 square feet of office and 10,415 square feet of storage space. Additionally, the property encompasses 914 square feet of garage space and 34-foot heights.

InSite Property Group acquired the College Point property from Safeguard Self Storage and secured $33.8 million in financing from Valley National Bank. At the time of sale, the 1.7-acre lot held two warehouses. According to InSite’s website, the newly acquired site will house a ground-up self storage development spanning four stories and 132,000 square feet, serving a growing population of 440,000 residents within a 3-mile radius.

An entity connected to Abbott Industries Inc. sold a three-building industrial portfolio to Radix Capital. The buyer completed the purchase with the help of a $9 million financing package provided by Lightstone Capital. The portfolio included the 41,600-square-foot, six-story facility at 95-25 149th St., the 8,700-square-foot, two-story building at 95-12 150th St., and the 2,400-square-foot, one-story property at 95-08 150th St.
