Three southeast Denver metro trophy-office buildings were recently sold, gathering a total of $120 million, reports the Denver Business Journal. The sellers in all three individual transactions were represented by John Jugl and Mary Sullivan of Jones Lang LaSalle. The deals were as follows:

  • Cole Real Estate Investments, doing business as Cole Capital Partners LLC, acquired Waterview IV, located at 7958 S. Chester St. in Centennial, for $32.5 million, according to public records. The 167,917-square-foot building is fully leased for 10 years to United Launch Alliance. The seller was Clarion Partners.
  • Peakview Tower, located at 6465 S. Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Centennial, was acquired by KBS Realty Advisors for $54 million. The seller of the 264,149-square-foot, Class A office building was Crescent Real Estate Equities.
  • Denver-based Westfield Development Co. acquired the Belleview Corporate Plaza I and II, as well as 6.4 acres of developable land, for $33.5 million from LBA Realty.

In other local news, healthcare real estate developer NexCore Group LP has completed the construction of St. Anthony North Medical Pavilion, a hospital-affiliated freestanding emergency department and medical office building.

Located in Westminster, a suburb of the north Denver metro area, the 48,000-square-foot outpatient facility is the second of three that NexCore will complete this year. The facility was developed in collaboration with St. Anthony North Hospital, member of Centura Health—the largest network of hospitals and healthcare services in Colorado.

The two-story Medical Pavilion was the first facility to be built on St. Anthony North’s 35-acre greenfield campus. Situated on the southwest corner of the Interstate 25 and 144th Avenue interchange, the campus is across from The Orchard Town Center, a 1 million-square-foot open-air shopping center.

St. Anthony North recently signed an additional lease in the Medical Pavilion to house a gastrointestinal lab, taking the building’s occupancy to 97 percent.
