Arizona-based builder and developer Taylor Morrison announced the start of a new phase of home sites available at Leander’s Fairways at Crystal Falls. The new phase starts on July 26, offering 20 lots in an impasse area overlooking open space.
Prices start from the mid $300,000s, having to choose from 13 different floor plans that range in size from approximately 2,600 square feet to 4,900 square feet. The structures offered are single- and two-story homes with up to seven bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Some of the features are first-floor master suites, optional first-floor guest suites, media rooms, and game rooms.
“This phase is truly special, offering a secluded getaway for homebuyers who put a premium on open space, intelligently designed floor plans and higher end finishes,” said Michael Lindeman, vice president of sales and marketing for the Austin homebuilder. “A majority of these lots back up to open space, allowing for your secluded getaway to extend into your backyard.”
Home buyers at The Fairways at Crystal Falls have two amenity centers located in their own backyard that offer access to a junior Olympic-sized pool, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a play park, a disc golf course, and more. The Crystal Falls Golf Course includes a new pro shop, restaurant, creek side park, cart barn, and driving range with a short game practice area.
The location of Fairways at Crystal Falls in one of Leander’s master-planned communities places the home sites just minutes away from Lake Travis; three on-site elementary schools are available to the residents of the area, while middle and high school facilities are a mile from the community.
