Tampa Airport Hotel Undergoes Major Facelift

Tampa—Noble Investment Group has announced that the renewal of the Residence Inn Tampa Westshore Airport has been completed.

The Residence Inn hotel is located at 4312 West Boy Scout Blvd., just minutes away from Tampa International Airport, luxury shopping center International Plaza, and restaurant options along Boy Scout Boulevard and within Bay Street Plaza.

The hotel includes 160 spacious one- and two-bedroom suites and studio suites with fully equipped kitchens, large work stations and flat panel HDTVs. Additional features include re-designed public spaces, more than 500 square feet of flexible meeting space, fully-equipped business center and fitness center as well as an outdoor pool & spa, a sports court and a fire pit. Further amenities include a grocery delivery service, 24-hour onsite food and beverage market, dry cleaning services, and onsite guest laundry room and complimentary daily breakfast.

Complimentary on-site parking is also available, in addition to a 24-hour shuttle to and from Tampa International Airport, and a scheduled shuttle to both Westshore & International Mall.

The Residence Inn Tampa Westshore Airport is owned by Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group, which specializes in upgrading hotel properties, and managed by McKibbon Hospitality. Noble acquired the hotel in 2014 for $21.4 million according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
