Ocean City Hotel Welcomes First Guests
Aloft Hotels has opened its first-ever property in the popular Maryland resort town, partnering with Blue Water Development and Real Hospitality to bring the 120-key project near the famous boardwalk.

This deal represents an expansion of ownership and management into three new markets. The assets total more than 450 keys and are under the Hilton, Hampton, Hyatt and Aloft brands.
Gehr Hospitality Nabs Four Points by Sheraton, Charlotte
BMO Harris Bank financed the acquisition. Real Hospitality Group will manage the 132-key property, which is set to undergo a significant renovation.
