Amazon to Build 1 MSF Distribution Center in Kenosha

E-commerce retail giant Amazon.com Inc. has officially unveiled its plan to establish a 1 million-square-foot distribution and order fulfillment center in Kenosha. The Seattle-based company will also create more than 1,000 full-time jobs at the new facility.

Parkes Development Wins Key Approval for $33M Tulsa Retail Project

The Mayor of Tulsa, Dewey Bartlett, recently announced a new multi-million dollar Tulsa retail development. The Walk at Tulsa Hills, a $32.5 million retail development planned for the South 81st Street / Highway 75 corridor, will provide new retail and restaurants for Tulsa and will also add over 1,000 jobs, including temporary construction jobs and permanent jobs, according to Nashville, TN-based Parkes Development Group LLC.
