As the net lease sector continues to take on its own asset class presence, investors and lenders are increasingly putting their capital into the property type, especially single-tenant, triple-net leased properties. Net lease owners with investment-grade tenants in place are most attractive to investors, but a lack of available inventory is leading some lenders to widen their options.

John will bring more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate finance to his new role. Prior to joining CBRE, John worked for three years at JLL.
Newark Lands First Spec Office in 30 Years
Development of Ironside Newark is expected to last about 18 months, with opening targeted for fall 2018. Perkins Eastman is the architect, and Hollister Construction the construction manager.

Salon Loft to Open New Location in Chicago
Salon Lofts is the new tenant at 1101 W. Randolph St. and will join the other retailer in the building, Free People, in November.
One Newark Center Up For Grabs
JLL was selected to head the sale and leasing of 17 floors of the building, which is jointly owned by The Praedium Group and Mack-Cali Realty Corp. Seton Hall Law School will continue to own the first five floors.
SoCal Investment Firm Nabs 2 Las Vegas Industrial Parks
CapRock Partners purchased two multi-tenant industrial parks totaling 203,134 square feet. The newly purchased assets are located less than two miles away from the Las Vegas Strip.

Banco do Brasil Americas will occupy an entire floor at 1221 Brickell. The building’s 22nd floor will serve as the banks new corporate headquarters.
Cushman & Wakefield Grows Phoenix Team
Keith Lambeth rejoins the company after having worked with Colliers International and CBRE. The firm also appointed Liz Collins from JLL and Patrick Schrimsher from Cushman & Wakefield’s research department.
