Stream Realty Partners has promoted Executive Managing Director of Investment Management Adam Jackson to the newly established position of chief investment officer, effective immediately.

Following his appointment, Jackson will continue to lead the firm’s investment strategies and discretionary funding, in addition to maintaining relationships with Stream’s top business partners.

Jackson joined Stream in 2008, working in a variety of roles before leading, developing and launching the firm’s proprietary investment management platform in 2015. Under Jackson’s leadership, Stream has picked up approximately $4 billion in acquisitions and developments totaling 30 million square feet. Additionally, the investment management team manages four separate discretionary funds totaling more than $1.6 billion of equity. Stream has repeatedly ranked among Commercial Property Executive‘s top management firms.

Chris Jackson, president of Stream, told Commercial Property Executive that Jackson “has earned his new title with a proven track record leading Stream’s investment management platform for the past seven years and quadrupling the portfolio size. As a long-time leader and partner, he’s played an integral role in many business lines as the company has grown.”

Stream’s success

Recent development highlights include the firm’s completion of the 2.3 million square foot second phase of Empire West Business Park in Houston, as well as its announcement of a $472 million transit-oriented office development in Addison, Texas.

Acknowledging such gains and the importance of his position, Jackson said in a prepared statement that the firm’s track record has enabled its business to continue to grow, while maintaining its partners’ trust.
