Poinciana CommerCenter West, a 49,920 square-foot warehouse with office and showroom in Kissimmee, traded hands recently. Hanover Poinciana Commercial LLC acquired the property from Stonecutter Capital Management LLC in a $2.23 million transaction arranged by CBRE Industrial Services. Associate Monica Perez Wonus collaborated with CBRE Senior Vice President David Murphy in representing the seller.

Located at 1750 Business Center Lane, Poinciana CommerCenter West sits within an established mixed-use professional business park. The property is zoned for light industrial activity. The fully sprinklered building features skylights as well as tinted glass fronts, which contribute to energy savings. Additional highlights include 1.6 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet, typical bay sizes of 40’ x 160’—an average of 6,400 square feet per bay—9’ x 10’ overhead door size and 24’ clear height.

The dock-high office and showroom warehouse is 75 percent occupied by three tenants; spaces ranging from 6,400 to 12,800 square feet are currently available for lease.
