Hanover Poinciana Commercial LLC acquired the property from Stonecutter Capital Management LLC in a $2.23 million transaction arranged by CBRE Industrial Services. Associate Monica Perez Wonus collaborated with CBRE Senior Vice President David Murphy in representing the seller.

Located at 1750 Business Center Lane, Poinciana CommerCenter West sits within an established mixed-use professional business park. The property is zoned for light industrial activity. The fully sprinklered building features skylights as well as tinted glass fronts, which contribute to energy savings.
