SSH Real Estate Promotes Muller to COO & Partner

Philadelphia—SSH Real Estate, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the Philadelphia region, has promoted Gregory Muller to COO & Partner. Muller joined the shop back in December 2003, and grew into the leadership role with direct, daily involvement in the brokerage, management and investment divisions.

An attorney, Muller oversees all legal aspects of SSH’s three divisions, while also playing an integral role in financing, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management for SSH’s investment division. In addition, he is responsible for investor relations and SSH’s daily legal work, including drafting and negotiating leases, and is the liaison with outside counsel.
