SRS Welcomes New SVP in Orlando Office
Cindy Schooler joins SRS with more than 15 years of real estate experience in both the office and retail industries.
Orlando—SRS Real Estate Partners recently appointed Cindy Schooler as senior vice president in the company’s Orlando office. In her new role, Schooler will focus on landlord and tenant representation throughout the Central Florida market.
Schooler joins SRS with more than 15 years of real estate experience in both the office and retail industries. Previously, she worked with Cushman & Wakefield as director of retail and office brokerage services. Her distinctive skill set benefits her clients, ranging from space utilization and design, to cost saving techniques and value engineering. Schooler has worked with many notable clients including National Airlines Corporation, Knob Hill Consulting Group, Restaurant Partners Inc., Integrative Medicine Corporation, TW2 Advertising Agency, and Old Town Amusement Complex, among others.
In 2008, Schooler founded Cynco Properties, a full-service commercial brokerage organization. During her tenure as managing partner, she successfully completed more 250,000 square feet of office space projects including relocation of both local and national corporations. She was also responsible for a 200,000-square-foot mixed-use project requiring repositioning of the current tenant mix, locating new tenants and securing market exposure for the property.
Prior to her time in the real estate industry, Schooler spent 10 years in the healthcare industry, serving in a variety of roles including project development, operations management and community relations.
Schooler attended Indiana University – Purdue University. She is a board member of Commercial Real Estate Women as well as the Central Florida Women’s League and is an active member of ICSC.
