SRS Real Estate Partners Announces New SVP in Tampa
The company operates more than 20 offices worldwide.

Tampa, Fla.—SRS Real Estate Partners has announced the promotion of Daniel Earles to senior vice president in its Tampa office. With more than 17 years of experience in the field, Earles will handle investment sales, as well as disposition and land brokerage.
Before joining SRS, Earles worked as an investment sales advisor with The Shopping Center Group. Also, he was responsible for acquisition and syndication of various grocery-anchored center deals for a Los Angeles-headquartered private equity firm. Earles’ specialty is the purchase and management of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties, along with development sites.
“His substantial investment services background will bolster our strategic growth in that service line across Florida and help us better serve our clients”, said John Artope, EVP & market leader for the Florida offices.
