Sprinklr, a social media management software for managing customer experiences at scale, has renewed its lease at 29 W. 35th St. in Manhattan. NKF negotiated the renewal for the company’s headquarter space, which totals 40,000 square feet, on behalf of American Equities, the building’s landlord.
NKF secured an interim lease renewal for Sprinklr, which offers the company flexibility in terms of expanding its office space in the building as the market changes. As of now, the building has the second and third floors still available for rent. The asset, which totals 71,180 square feet, was originally constructed in 1911 and underwent renovations in 1985 and 2015. The 12-story property includes 16,400 square feet of first and second floor retail. Other notable tenants of 29 W. 35th St. include Hello World, Four Seasons Nail & Spa, The Liberty and R. P. Brennan.
NKF Executive Managing Director Howard Kesseler represented the landlord. “It’s important to be nimble and to accommodate tenants as their company needs change,” said Kesseler, in a prepared statement. “This renewal underscores ownership’s commitment to ensure Sprinklr’s satisfaction and provides them with ample opportunity to grow and expand their business.”
Last month, NKF negotiated another Midtown Manhattan office lease when it represented law firm McDermott Will & Emery in signing a 105,529-square-foot, 20-year lease at One Vanderbilt Avenue.
