The Woodlands Tour: NAREE Spring Conference 2014

The 2014 NAREE Spring Conference featured a tour of The Woodlands by waterway. One of the first master-planned and sustainable communities in the country, the 40-year-old complex includes businesses, residences, retail (including a 1.3 million-square-foot mall) and entertainment, trails and golf courses, and the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Buildings continue to rise in the Town Center. Take a tour through the following photos of office, retail, residential and entertainment spaces along the 1.4-mile Woodlands Waterway.

Technology’s Top Projects

Technology’s impact spreads to every corner of commercial real estate. From San Francisco and the Silicon Valley to Manhattan and points in between, dozens of cities are competing to join the upper tier of high-tech hubs,. The influence of the tech sector is illustrated in these recent images representing major new leases, renovations and ground-up development.. Several transactions, like Salesforce.com’s 750,000-square-foot lease in San Francisco, set new records for their markets.
