Skanska Tapped for UVA Hospital Renovation

Construction for the multi-phased expansion and renovation began in June 2015, and is scheduled for completion in December 2020.

Skanska signed a contract with existing client University of Virginia Health System to renovate and expand the current hospital, located at 1215 Lee St. in Charlottesville, Va.
The $45 million contract consists of site work, utility relocation, make ready renovations, plinth, tower and renovation construction.
Construction for the multi-phased expansion and renovation began in June 2015 and is scheduled for completion in December 2020.
