Single-Tenant Net Lease Volumes Down in ’17
Deals in the sector totaled $12.5 billion in the second quarter and $9.8 billion in the third quarter as of Aug. 31, according to Real Capital Analytics data.

As we enter the last quarter of the year, single-tenant net lease volumes continue to be a bit down from last year’s levels. While the first quarter of 2017 outperformed the first quarter of last year ($13.9 billion versus $11.9 billion), the second quarter of this year saw volume hit $12.5 billion, less than the $13 billion achieved in the same quarter last year). As of Aug. 31, 2017, third-quarter single-tenant net lease volume totaled $9.8 billion, according to Real Capital Analytics data.
