Shea New Luxury Model Homes Enter Weddington

Shea Homes unveiled two new luxury model homes in the heart of Weddington, just outside of Charlotte. The new models showcase the latest luxury trends and are priced at just over $1 million.

“Shea Homes is very proud and excited about these model homes at Atherton. They reflect many current trends and look amazing. We have expanded our design studio to now be over 4,000 square feet, with a new luxury kitchen vignette designed for Atherton’s homeowners, to showcase the many choices available from Shea Homes,” mentioned Vice President of Sales and Marketing Michele Scott.

Currently the brand offers five luxury model homes for the Atherton neighborhood with prices starting at $679,400. The Aspen, Kingsley, Providence, Preston, and Grayson homes feature four to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and three-car garages. The sizes of Weddington’s luxury homes developed by the company start at 4,734 square feet and reach 6,043 square feet.
