Savills Studley to Relocate Atlanta Office
The company’s decision to relocate falls in line with its strategy to enhance its presence in Atlanta and Southeast.

Atlanta—Savills Studley, a commercial real estate company specializing in tenant representation, has announced that the firm is relocating its Atlanta office to Monarch Tower, located at 3424 Peachtree Road in Buckhead. As of February 2017, the company will move to 11,389 square feet on the 21st floor of the Highwood Properties-owned tower.
The new office design has state-of-the-art features such as a workplace lab, a series of spaces in the office where clients can test new and innovative ways of working, a café area with bar-height seating, closed-door huddle rooms and a large war room with video conferencing capabilities. The new location will offer a living room-style experience for the staff by blending spaces to create an open environment where the lines between conference, hospitality and collaboration are blurred. Monarch Tower is a 24-story Class A building featuring controlled access and 1403 parking stalls, as well as 8,000 square feet of retail. The building is LEED Silver Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.

With the dramatic Atlanta skyline as a backdrop, their new home will provide a variety of venues and technologies to encourage both internal interaction and engagement with their clients in an environment that reflects the globally recognized Savills Studley brand,” Gil Garrison, principal at Smallwood Reynolds Stewart Stewart, said in prepared remarks.
The move falls in line with the company’s strategy to grow its Atlanta and Southeast presence, which started with the appointment of Chris White as Executive Vice President and Atlanta Market Leader in 2015. Managing Director Tom Kubis of Savills Studley teamed up with Corporate Managing Director Michael Broome in order to represent the tenant. Tom Miller and Lisa Misiak of NGKF represented the landlord in this transaction.
