Savills Makes New Hire in Orange County

JP Roach, an expert in real estate and law, joins Savills from Hughes Marino, where he held the position of senior vice president.

After recently bringing in Jerry Frey and Burke Kennedy from CBRE, Savills has hired JP Roach as senior managing director in the company’s Orange County office. With a dual background in real estate and law, Roach is an expert tenant advisor with an exclusive focus on representing commercial office and industrial tenants throughout the region.

Savills’ new senior managing director specializes in complex lease transactions for clients across a variety of sectors, including technology, medical device and business services. Besides tenant representation, Roach also handles strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis, negotiation and structuring of lease relocations, expansions and renewals, build-to-suit developments and property acquisitions.

Prior to joining the company, Roach served as senior vice president with Hughes Marino’s Orange County office. Before that, he worked as an attorney at several litigation firms.

Roach is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law and Point Loma Nazarene University with a dual J.D./MBA degree. He completed his B.A. in business economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a member of the California State Bar.
