The latest Allen Matkins/UCLA Anderson Forecast California Commercial Real Estate Survey reveals many developers across CRE sectors remain confident about the industry through 2018, with the probability of new supply and new investment opportunities. The survey, taken in December 2015 by California’s CRE industry leaders, shows an overall optimism but slight caution about the real estate cycle.
