RCG Ventures Buys Cincinnati Retail Center
The property previously traded for $36 million in 2014.

RCG Ventures has acquired The Streets of West Chester, a 237,000-square-foot shopping center near Cincinnati, according to CommercialEdge information. AR Global sold the property for $21.3 million or $90.23 per square foot.
The shopping center previously traded in 2014, when AR Global purchased it from DWS Asset Management for $35.7 million or $150.63 per square foot, the same source shows.
The Streets of West Chester came online in 2003 at 9435 Civic Centre Blvd. in West Chester, Ohio, some 19 miles north of downtown Cincinnati.
Topgolf, AMC Theaters, Loft and Barnes & Noble anchor the retail center. Avalon Nail Lounge, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, Flame India Restaurant and Voodoo Brewing Co. are also on the roster.
The property occupies a 47-acre site just off Interstate 75. The shopping center serves 135,475 individuals living within a 5-mile radius, as well as 52,815 households with an average income of $114,243 per year, according to RCG Ventures’ data from 2024.
Since its inception in 2003, RCG has invested approximately $2.7 billion in retail assets. The firm’s portfolio spans 23 million square feet across more than 30 states.
More recently, a subsidiary of RCG Ventures Holdings LLC purchased 100 non-core retail properties from Global Net Lease Inc. for $1.8 billion. For this transaction, RCG assumed a pre-existing debt of $470 million and paid a $25 million non-refundable deposit to Global Net Lease.
