Ray Allen, Seth Heikkila Join Marcus & Millichap’s IPA in Seattle
The former JLL duo bring years of commercial real estate experience to the team, after having handled more than $2 billion in financing transactions.

Marcus & Millichap’s division IPA Capital Markets has hired Ray Allen as first vice president and Seth Heikkila as vice president, capital markets, for the company’s Seattle office. The duo will expand IPA’s commercial real estate financing services to clients in the metro and throughout the Pacific Northwest. Marcus & Millichap expanded its division to Seattle in 2016.
Prior to joining IPA, both Allen and Heikkila worked at JLL. Allen returned to Marcus & Millichap after having worked at the company between 2011 and 2017. Heikkila served as a senior vice president at JLL. He brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience. Together, they have funded more than $2 billion in commercial real estate financing.
