Internap Network Services Corp. has recently announced plans to relocate its headquarters from Downtown Atlanta to One Ravinia Drive, a 17-story office building in the Perimeter submarket owned by Hines. Internap, which is in the midst of a coast-to-coast growth spurt, has already built a new data center in Santa Clara, Calif., and expanded its Boston, Houston and Seattle data centers.

Internap first announced its intent to expand in late July, but as reported by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the expansion was planned for 42,000 square feet by 2014; Internap has since ramped up its expansion plans, moving from the 11,000 square feet it currently occupies at 250 Williams Street to approximately 60,000 square feet at One Ravinia. Represented by Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., Internap did not disclose the terms of the lease.

A neighboring Hines-owned property, Two Ravinia Drive, has re-enlisted Document Technologies Inc., which recently renewed its lease for 22,751 square feet. Document Technologies, a provider of legal support services and document outsourcing, was represented by David Rubenstein and Bogue Miller, principals with CresaPartners.

Encompassing mroe than 400,000 square feet, Two Ravinia Drive is located within the Ravinia complex, which incorporates 1.6 million square feet of office space in three buildings, a 500-key Crowne Plaza Hotel and the Ravinia Gardens.
