A 350,000-square-foot facility in Columbus, Ohio, has changed hands for $49 million, according to Columbus Business First. Prologis sold the property, which is fully leased by Cardinal Health, to Boyd Watterson Asset Management, according to Yardi Matrix.

Cardinal Health uses the purpose-built facility as a centralized replenishment hub to distribute over-the-counter medication to more than 20 forward distribution centers. Located on 24 acres at 9560 Heartland Court, the building is adjacent to Rickenbacker International Airport and about 21 miles from downtown Columbus.

The property broke ground in April 2024 and became fully operational in July 2025. The LEED Silver-certified building features robotics, high-speed conveyors and automated labeling, as well as four drive-in doors and 46 dock-high loading doors.
