Premier Workspaces Opens LA Flex Office
The company operates 30 other coworking locations in this market.

Premier Workspaces has opened its newest coworking location at Continental Development Corp.’s The Atrium at Continental Park, in El Segundo, Calif., a Los Angeles suburb.
Located at 2321 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 5200, the new flex office space features 24-hour private offices and team suites, meeting rooms, shared workspaces, on-demand offices, an on-site hospitality team and on-site parking. Each office type is fully furnished, with flat-screen TVs, whiteboards and Wi-Fi.
Premier Workspaces operates another 30 locations in and around Los Angeles, amounting to a total of 42 flex office spaces in the state of California. Additionally, the company has coworking spaces in Arizona, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Washington and the District of Columbia.
A Los Angeles office property
Completed in 2001, The Atrium at Continental Park is a two-building, 288,421-square-foot property rising five stories. Its tenant roster includes Antares Capital, Newmark, Rosen Saba, Cardinal Investments, Kosmont Cos., Ameriprise Financial, Venture West Funding and Pacific Income Advisers.
The property is near interstates 405 and 105, as well as California State Route 1, which connect The Atrium to the Los Angeles International Airport, 4 miles north, respectively to downtown, some 22 miles northeast. The Atrium is surrounded by eateries and retail options, including Trader Joe’s, Costco Wholesale, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Smashburger, Whole Foods Market and Target.
L.A.’s office sector sends mixed signals
As of August, Los Angeles saw its average office listing rates drop 4.3 percent year-over-year to $41.11, higher than the national figure of $32.63, which also declined 0.4 percent compared to August 2024, according to the latest Yardi Matrix office report.
However, the metro’s vacancy rate also dropped significantly during the same month, to 14.4 percent, reflecting a 220-basis-point change year-over-year. Meanwhile, the average vacancy rate across the U.S. clocked in at 18.7 percent, down 80 basis points on a 12-month basis.
