Manufacturer Signs New Central FL Lease
The Dikman Co. worked on behalf of tenant MKZ Inc. in securing the 4,000-square-foot lease in Tampa’s Madison Business Park.

MKZ Inc., a company specialized in welding and metal fabrication, has signed a five-year lease for a 4,000-square-foot unit in Madison Business Park in Tampa, Fla. Erika Zipfel Matscherz, an associate for commercial/industrial brokerage at The Dikman Co., represented the tenant in the transaction.
Located at 4612 Eagle Falls Place, the industrial building is close to South Tamiami Trail and Interstate 75. The property provides easy access to the Port of Tampa Bay, Florida’s largest port. Furthermore, Tampa International Airport is roughly 17 miles away.
“We were in need of a new building to start manufacturing boat lifts and a CNC machine shop,” said Michael Gorawski, owner of MKZ Inc., in a prepared statement.
Finding a suitable property in Tampa’s busy industrial market can be challenging. In January, a joint venture of Genet Property Group and The Geneva Group purchased a 201,620-square-foot industrial facility located roughly 17 miles from Madison Business Park.
