Kidder Mathews Hires New Orange County SVPs

Michael Dorsey, Stephen Madigan

Kidder Mathews has added Michael Dorsey and Stephen Madigan to its Orange County office, where they will oversee office leasing and sales transactions. Before joining the company, Dorsey and Madigan were with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors.

Dorsey has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and was named senior vice president & partner with the company. Most recently, he was managing principal at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors Orange County office. During his career, Dorsey worked on behalf of investors, developers and tenants, such as The Koll Co., Trammell Crow Co., CIGNA, The Irvine Co. and Wells Fargo Bank.

Madigan has also been appointed senior vice president & partner. Throughout his 17-year-long real estate career, Madigan has worked with clients including Zillow, Goodwill, UFC, Segway, Bacchus Development, California Pacific Homes and PS Business Parks. Madigan has a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Business Administration.
