CIP Sells Oregon Hotel

Florence, Ore.—Crystal Investment Property LLC, part of Hotel Brokers International, recently announced the sale of the Lighthouse Inn, a 27-key hotel located in Florence, Ore. Crystal Investment Property represented the seller and the buyer. The final price was undisclosed.
Formerly known as Hotel Ragan, the Inn has been in continuous operation since 1938. The hotel offers a lobby area with fireplace and board games, books, magazines and puzzles. It features amenities such as free Wi-Fi, TV, free local phone calls and in-room coffee. Most rooms are individually decorated with quilts and country décor and have coffeemakers, microwaves and mini-fridges, while suites include additional sitting areas, private balconies and fireplaces.
Located on Highway 101, the property is a short walk from Florence’s historic Old Town/Waterfront District and from a variety of restaurants, art galleries, shops, boutiques and the Siuslaw Pioneer Museum.
