PM Hotel Group to Manage Upcoming South Austin Hotel
The 103-key TownePlace by Marriott is scheduled for completion by October. The property will be located minutes from the recently upgraded Austin International Airport.

Scenic Capital Advisors has selected PM Hotel Group to operate the new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Austin, Texas. The facility marks the first TownePlace by Marriott property in PM Hotel Group’s portfolio, further expanding the company’s relationship with Marriott International.
The four-story, 103-key hotel is currently under construction, minutes from the recently upgraded Austin International Airport. It will feature a modern design, spacious suites, complimentary breakfast, as well as loyalty rewards from the Marriott Bonvoy program. Completion is slated for October.
“The south Austin corridor is growing rapidly, and we are excited to bring a new extended-stay Marriott product to a location that is conveniently located to all that Austin has to offer,” Thomas Chen, principal of Scenic Capital Advisors, said in prepared remarks.
