Phillips Edison Appoints New VP

Dawn Stamper, the company’s new regional vice president, will be in charge of all Mid-Atlantic property management operations.

CincinnatiPhillips Edison & Co. recently announced the promotion of Dawn Stamper to the position of regional vice president of property management for the Mid-Atlantic region. In her new role, she will be in charge of all property management operations in the area. Stamper will also lead relations with third party and joint venture partners regarding all property management matters.

“Dawn is a highly skilled property management professional with extensive industry knowledge, incredible insight and expertise (…) An important component of our culture is a commitment to investing heavily in our team’s development and promoting from within,” Eric Richter, vice president of property management at Phillips Edison, said in prepared remarks.

Stamper joined the firm back in 2007 as assistant director of property management. The recent assignment marks her third promotion within the company. Prior to joining the Cincinnati-based firm, Stamper served for more than seven years as property manager for retail REIT Regency Centers.

The retail-oriented Philips Edison & Co. is a real estate company with in-house leasing, property management, accounting, acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing teams. Apart from its Cincinnati headquarters, the company is also present with corporate offices in Salt Lake City, New York and Atlanta.
