Parkpnp Eyes US Debut for Parking Automation Tool
ParkOffice maximizes limited company parking by allowing employees to release assigned spaces when they are out of the office, at meetings or on vacation.
Parkpnp is set to expand ParkOffice, a recently launched commercial property parking automation tool, across the U.S. and Europe. The firm has been operating in Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands, allowing parking space owners to rent out and advertise their underutilized space. Parkpnp has secured a roughly $570,000 investment for the expansion.
ParkOffice is a workplace parking solution that automates employee parking by allowing staff to release assigned spaces when they are out of the office, at meetings or on vacation. The product allows firms to increase the amount of parking available and maximize the use of limited company parking. Using algorithm and AI technology, ParkOffice promotes efficiency and reduces costs. Current customers of the product include Colliers International, Befimmo and MVGM.
“We noticed while many companies thought they needed extra space, in fact they just needed a solution to help them ensure their existing spaces are in use all of the time,” Parkpnp Co-Founder & CEO Garret Flower said in prepared remarks.
