Park Madison Partners Welcomes Veteran
Amy Cummings has been tapped as the firm’s newest partner, bringing more than three decades of expertise in acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management and investor relations.
Park Madison Partners has expanded its team with the appointment of veteran Amy Cummings as a partner. In her new role, Cummings will be in charge of broadening the firm’s North American investor relationships and sourcing new managers. Cummings brings extensive experience in acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management and investor relations.
Before joining the firm, she served as managing director of investor services at MetLife. Her responsibilities included the development and management of relationships with institutional investors and consultants. Before that, she worked for 15 years as executive director of marketing and client services at JPMorgan Asset Management. Previous positions included portfolio manager with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, president & majority owner of Net Lease Partners, vice president of acquisitions and asset management with the LCP Group and real estate analyst with W.P. Carey.
