Oyhut Bay Resort Is Ready to Add Retail

Ocean Shores, Wash.—The Oyhut Bay resort has announced availability of new retail space within the Pacific Coast destination. Currently under construction, spaces in a variety of sizes will be ready for occupancy in early 2017.

Oyhut Bay is a brand new, walkable village community of condos, cottages, retail, parks and community gathering spaces. Located 5 miles from downtown Ocean Shores, Oyhut Bay is a short walk to the beach and borders the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area.

According to the developer, ideal retail tenants would include community-oriented, health-oriented and sustainable businesses who are familiar with Ocean Shores’ demographics and seasonality. Currently, committed tenants include a pizzeria, craft cocktail bar, yoga/pilates studio and an outdoor recreation shop featuring bike, moped and kayak rentals.
