The Ohio Quarter Horse Association plans to move its headquarters to Columbus, Ohio later this year. The company will relocate from Richwood, Ohio to a 26,000-square-foot facility in Columbus, which was developed in 2001 for window manufacturer Champion.

Located at 6325 Zumstein Drive, the property sits on more than 2 acres of land and consists of approximately 1,000 square feet of office space, the rest of it being designed for industrial use. It also features a dock door, a drive in, two UPS high doors and 46 parking spaces.

The facility’s visibility from Interstate 71 and proximity to the Ohio Expo Center, one of the locations which the association uses to host the All American Quarter Horse Congress, played a key role in the relocation decision.

The move to the new head office will take effect later this year, following a complete renovation of the building.
