Ogden Industrial Park

Ogden Industrial Park

Located at 1330 West 3300 South in Ogden, Utah, Ogen Industrial Park offers a total of 258,902 square feet of industrial space. The property is located 35 miles from Salt Lake City’s core, and currently operates at full occupancy. Its two major tenants are Levolor, a Hunter Douglas Co. that uses the assets as its primary production and warehousing facility, and automotive safety supplier Autoliv that uses its space for assembly and warehousing.

The Salt Lake City-Ogden-Clearfield MSA is one of the few to have recorded growth in the manufacturing sector, illustrative of its rapidly diversifying economy. This has translated into high interest in both industrial, as well as tech-driven office properties in the area.
