Office Evolution Adds 2nd Tampa Location

Convergent Capital Partners has inked a 13,000-square-foot lease with Office Evolution at The Pointe at Harbour Island in Tampa, Fla. The coworking space provider will open its second location in the city following the expansion of its Lincoln Center offices, which opened last March.

Office Evolution provides a wide range of options for entrepreneurs and small business owners, including coworking space, virtual memberships, conference rooms, business address plans and phone answering services. The new location will be ready by fall and contain 45 private offices accommodating one to ten people in addition to traditional collaborative space with flexible leasing terms. Amenities will include:

• 3,000-square-foot waterfront terrace
• private conference rooms
• café with tea and coffee
• 24-hour accessibility
• plug-and-play capabilities

The 111,820-square-foot office building is located at 601 S. Harbour Island Blvd. in downtown Tampa, a short walk from both the Tampa Convention Center and Amalie Arena. Waterfront neighbors include American Social and Jackson’s Bistro & Sushi Bar.
