New Talents Join E Smith Realty

E Smith Realty Partners welcomes three new managing directors. Industry leaders Susan Arledge, SIOR, and Jeff Pappas, who will also lead the global site selection and incentive services team, along with Ann Harts, are the latest talents joining the commercial real estate services company.

The addition of global site selection and incentive services divisions will allow E Smith Realty the opportunity to expand its brokerage services throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin and South America, the Caribbean, United Kingdom, Asia and the Philippines.

The site selection and incentive services team members joining E Smith Realty include Alex Coe, Amanda Swartz, Eric Padilla and Kim Essex.
