New Mesa Distribution Facility Under Construction for WireMasters
The company is expanding its operations, as well as the suite of services it will be able to provide.

Phoenix—A new industrial facility is being added to the Phoenix MSA, as LGE Design Build has been tasked with the construction of a distribution center for WireMasters. The company, dealing with wire, cable, and associated electrical components, is set to occupy the new space starting early next year.
1748 N. Higley Road
When completed, the facility that is taking shape at 1748 N. Higley Road in Mesa will offer a total of 33,000 square feet of space. Roughly 27,000 square feet of space will be dedicated to warehousing space featuring four drive-in bays and two truck docks, while the remaining 6,000 square feet will be office space.
The new facility will allow WireMasters to offer services including custom respooling, lasermarking, kitting, as well as cut and strip. The architect on the project is LGE Design Group.
