New Hotel Breaks Ground in Charlotte

Charlotte welcomes a new 123-room hotel in its Ballantyne Area. OHM Hotels broke ground on a four-floor Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel located at the intersection of HWY 521 & Providence Road West.

A range of amenities are planned for the new development such as a business center, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and 1,300 square feet of flexible meeting space.

This hotel is part of 13 acres of mixed-use led by York Development Group of Charlotte. The entire development will feature office space, grocery store, bank, retail, and hotel. The hotel is slated to open in late 2016.
