A new Hampton Inn by Hilton opened in the Spring Branch submarket of San Antonio. Dubbed Hampton Inn by Hilton Bulverde, the four-story, 84-key asset will be managed by Presidian Hotels.

Located at 499 Singing Oaks, the hotel is part of the new Forever Young design initiative, which features a multi-functional, convenient and comfortable guest space design. Adjacent to the hotel is the Bulverde Visitors & Event Center, a 5,300-square-foot property with meeting, office and pre-function space.

Guests at Hampton Inn by Hilton Bulverde will benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi, a business center, free parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a JumpStart Fitness Center. In addition, the hotel has multiple outdoor green spaces, while guestrooms include HDTV and coffee makers.

Strategic location

The hotel’s location places it less than 13 miles north of Loop 1604 at the intersection of U.S. Highway 281 and State Highway 46. The address is ideal to serve the growing need for premium hotel and meeting space accommodations in the greater Bulverde/Spring Branch area. It is estimated that 30 people will be hired to meet the facility’s needs.
